This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Ranker AI. By using the Service you agree not to engage in any of the activities listed below. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.
1. Prohibited content
- Illegal content, including content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content sexualising minors.
- Content that incites violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against protected groups.
- Deepfakes or impersonation intended to deceive, defame or defraud.
- Malware, exploits, phishing kits or instructions to attack systems.
- Disinformation campaigns, election manipulation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Spamming, mass unsolicited outreach, or sending bulk email through generated content.
- Black-hat SEO that violates search engine guidelines (cloaking, hidden text, link schemes, scraping SERPs at scale).
- Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties without our written consent.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract model weights or proprietary prompts.
- Circumventing rate limits, plan limits, authentication or other technical restrictions.
- Probing, scanning, load-testing or otherwise interfering with Service infrastructure.
- Using the Service to build a competing AI content product or to train competing models.
- Submitting personal data of others without a lawful basis.
3. Reporting abuse
To report content or behavior that violates this AUP, contact us through the support page linked in the footer with a description and any relevant URLs. We review reports and act where appropriate, including removing content and suspending accounts.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination without refund. Repeat or serious violations result in permanent bans. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.
